1.contact vendors on SRM while identifying the cost-saving opportunities

2.organize meetings with IT Department and other departments, and make plans for building the online procurement platform

3.maintain bid document, organize the process of bidding and select suppliers

4.make plans for each project and coordinate with other departments to finish the project on time

5.analyze the traits of the procurement system in competitors or other companies, improve the flow and management system of procurement, and help with the systematic improvement and build new systems based on the needs of projects

6.follow the execution of the projects and make revisions to generate efficiency

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, in related field like Computer Science, Electric Information, Electric Automation and Software

2.Knowledge about the construction of information platform, supplier chain, IT, and computer science

3.5+ years of experience in IT, Software Development, improvement of information platform or procurement
